Kill her and repeat this process! You should totally farm The Countess in Diablo 2 Resurrected because of the valuable drops that she provides high level Runes that will really come in handy. Then continue to farm her as needed in normal to nightmare mode to create your first runewords (very powerful weapons/armor > list in #10)-Countess Rune Drops: (Always kill on /players1) Normal: Melee classes in Diablo II: Resurrected can benefit early in Act 1 from crafting a Malice Rune Word weapon.
